Job summary

The Preserve at Ironhorse DBA Ironhorse Country Club is seeking a friendly Restaurant Server to deliver excellent customer service to our members and guests. This is a full-time role with evening and weekend shifts and opportunities for additional hours.

Responsibilities include taking orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery, suggesting menu items, and collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to create a superb dining experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of server experience preferred.
• Country Club experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Ability to use a restaurant POS software platform is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take members' and guests' food and drink orders.
• Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered to tables on time.
• Suggest appetizers and meals based on menu and specials.
• Coordinate with management to promptly address customer concerns and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Confirm orders with chefs and bartenders when clarification is needed.
• Assist with setting tables and rearranging to accommodate larger parties.
