• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
• Works in the line and serves the public hot or cold food.
• Performs any other duties as assigned.

It acts as the final point where food is coordinated, garnished, and passed to waitstaff or directly to diners. The line server ensures that orders are completed correctly, at the proper temperature, and within the casino’s service standards, while maintaining efficient workflow and communication between kitchen staff.
