Qualifications

• Familiar with cloud migrations (AWS/Azure) and 24x7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain enterprise server infrastructure across the Americas.
• Design and support SQL clustering, HA environments, and DR readiness.
• Administer Hyper-V, patching, backups, lifecycle management.
• Manage backups with Veeam and ensure access controls and permissions.
• Support disaster recovery planning, audits, and vendor coordination.
• Provide 24x7 global infrastructure support in collaboration with IT teams.
