Qualifications

• 3+ years of Microsoft Windows Server administration (2017/2019/2022).
• 1 year of physical-to-cloud migrations (AWS or Azure).
• 2+ years server connectivity via Cisco switches/routers/WLAN/firewalls.
• Cisco certification or in progress.
• Strong Active Directory and Exchange experience in multi-site environments.
• Hands-on with Hyper‑V, Veeam, SCCM, and Zabbix.
• Experience supporting a 24x7 operational environment.
• Fluent in English; Spanish or Chinese is a plus.

• Collaborate with Global IT teams on infrastructure standards and best practices.
• Participate in internal and external system audits.
• Coordinate with external vendors for software licenses and support services.
• Provide 24x7 global infrastructure support as part of the IT team.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and ISO/IT security guidelines.
