Job summary

Johnson Electric is seeking an IT Network Manager to design, implement and support a secure, scalable network for manufacturing operations on-site in Plymouth, Michigan or Vandalia, Ohio. You will serve as a technical leader, collaborating with global IT teams to ensure performance, reliability, and cybersecurity across enterprise and plant-floor systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 7+ years of IT infrastructure experience.
• 3+ years supporting OT networks in manufacturing.
• Strong routing, switching, firewall, SD-WAN, IP addressing, and cloud (AWS/Azure) expertise.
• Cisco certifications: CCNA/CCNP/CCIE; CISSP preferred.
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux.
