Koelsch Communities LLC is hiring a Cook for The Park at University Village in a full-time role. Earn $20–$22/hour depending on experience and join a team dedicated to nutritious, appealing meals for residents.

Who you are:

You enjoy providing outstanding service and producing high quality nutrition. The Cook’s role is preparing and serving attractive and tasty meals for the community.

What you'll do:

• Ensure food is prepared in a nutritional, appetizing fashion, and presented in an attractive manner per the menu and schedule
• Properly store, date, and rotate food per food handling guidelines
• Keep the environment safe and clean
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• All requirements related to the food handlers’ certificate per state requirements
• Knowledge of food preparation, production and plate presentation
• Must be drug-free and submit to a drug screening upon hire and routinely
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
• Knowledge of special dietary needs
