Job summary

Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino in Nevada is seeking a Part-Time In-Room Dining Server to provide guests with convenient, personalized service by taking orders and delivering meals to rooms. You will interact with guests in a fast-paced hotel environment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in every order.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the kitchen, handling payments, and maintaining clean service areas while upholding our hospitality standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous restaurant, hotel, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to take accurate orders and communicate with guests and team members.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays.

• Process payments and maintain cash-handling procedures as required.
• Retrieve trays and carts from guest rooms and service areas.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked in-room dining areas.
• Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and hospitality procedures.

Summary

Our In-Room Dining team is dedicated to providing guests with convenient, personalized, and thoughtful service throughout their stay. As a Part-Time In-Room Dining Server, you will be responsible for accurately taking guest orders and delivering food and beverages directly to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy guest interaction, take pride in attentive service, and can work independently in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will help ensure that every in-room dining experience is seamless, welcoming, and consistent with our service standards.

• Answer in-room dining calls and accurately record guest food and beverage orders.
