Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation – Lowline Hotel in Charleston is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver guest-focused dining experiences in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You will take orders, greet guests, serve, handle payments, check IDs for alcohol service, and support team members to maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.

The ideal candidate has restaurant or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a professional, customer-centric attitude. Weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and checks.
• Knowledge of alcohol laws and responsible service practices.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed.
• Strong oral communication skills and a customer/client-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
