Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino in Incline Village, NV seeks a Part-time Server Assistant for Osteria Sierra to support the service team and ensure a seamless dining experience. You will clear and reset tables, assist servers and guests, and maintain a clean dining environment.

This role offers an hourly wage of 17.00 USD with weekend and holiday availability. Prior hospitality experience is preferred; Washoe County Food Handler Card may be required by local regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 30 lbs.
• Washoe County Food Handler Card required.
• Weekend/holiday/varied shifts availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently and discreetly.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining room, service stations, and guest areas.
• Refill water glasses, bring additional tableware, and support guest requests.
• Stock and maintain service areas with necessary supplies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and foster a positive team environment.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
