Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Restaurant Server at Lowline Hotel to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced dining room in Charleston. You will welcome guests, take orders, and ensure accuracy and timely service.

You will take orders, greet guests, serve food and drinks, handle payments, and ensure responsible alcohol service. This role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and checks.
• Knowledge of alcohol laws and responsible service practices.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads.
• Strong oral communication skills and a customer/client-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
