Title

Responsibilities
  • Greet Guests and create a welcoming, upbeat experience.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interaction skills to serve guests and create a personalized experience.
  • Skill in time management and organization with excellent attention to detail, ability to take direction and execute team and company objectives.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Recommend menu items, beverages, and promotions.
  • Deliver food and drinks while ensuring quality and satisfaction.
  • Check in with guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
  • Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
  • Manage conflicts, use analytical skills and emotional intelligence to recognize and solve guest problems.
  • Understand RAS (Responsible Alcohol Service) procedures as defined by federal and state laws, and BWW policies and guidelines.
  • Work closely with team to keep dining room running smoothly.

  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to handle money accurately; basic knowledge of Point of Sale systems.
  • Conflict management skills, analytical skills, and high degree of emotional intelligence to recognize and solve guest problems.
  • Knowledge of RAS procedures and BWW policies and guidelines.
  • Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in restaurant environment.

Education & Experience

Required

  • Minimum 21 years of age.
  • Certification to serve alcohol as dictated by the State and BWW policy.

Preferred

  • Prior experience working as a server or in a customer service role, ideally in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
