Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementation assistance for physical and virtual server environments.
• Collaborate with application teams, cybersecurity, networking, clinical informatics, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain stable hosting services.
• Participate in incident response, system upgrades, patching, vulnerability remediation, and disaster recovery activities.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and resiliency requirements.
