Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT, CS or related field required.
• 2–4 years in server administration or IT infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Windows Server administration and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server environments including provisioning, configuration, OS patching, and lifecycle management.
• Manage physical server hardware and data center operations.
• Monitor server health, respond to alerts, and escalate issues to ITS leader or enterprise team.
• Administer SAN/NAS storage and backup platforms.
• Support disaster recovery planning and DR testing.
• Manage DNS, DHCP, and certificate services.
• Coordinate patch compliance and vulnerability remediation.
• Maintain system documentation and runbooks.
