Job summary

ACGBBQ, LLC., a Sonny’s BBQ licensed franchisee, is seeking front-of-house team members to deliver memorable guest experiences through friendly service and efficient operations. You will be part of a fast-paced restaurant team with opportunities for growth and recognition.

Experience in the restaurant industry is preferred; strong interpersonal and cash-handling skills are essential, as is the ability to upsell and work well under pressure.

Qualifications

• Related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service.
• Ability to upsell guests beyond their orders.
• Process transactions and collect payment.
• Assist with restocking items.
• Interact with guests upon arrival and seat them accordingly.
• Communicate with the kitchen staff.
• Complete assigned cleaning duties and side work.
• Ability to perform other duties as assigned.
