Job summary

ACGBBQ, LLC. is a licensed Sonny's BBQ franchisee seeking a dedicated front-of-house team member. You will handle guest interactions, take orders, and ensure accuracy with condiments and utensils while working in a fast-paced setting.

Team members enjoy family-friendly hours, competitive pay, and benefits. Must be dependable and able to work a flexible schedule; prior restaurant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in the restaurant industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Able to push, pull, lift and carry up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls.
• Take food orders and ensure order accuracy with condiments and utensils.
• Interact with guests in a positive, friendly manner.
• Assist with catering orders and drive-thru orders.
• Operate the Point of Sale system.
• Restock items and maintain a clean work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
