ACGBBQ, LLC., a Sonny's BBQ licensed franchisee, is seeking Front-of-House Team Members in New York. You will deliver memorable guest experiences, upsell items, handle transactions, and collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

The role requires flexibility, strong interpersonal skills, and prior restaurant experience. A fast-paced environment with visiting customers and teamwork is expected.

Qualifications

• Related experience in the restaurant industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Able to handle cash and credit transactions.
• Must be dependable and have a flexible schedule.
• Attend and complete ongoing training or certification programs as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service.
• Upsell guests beyond their orders.
• Process transactions and collect payment.
• Assist with restocking items.
• Seat guests and communicate with kitchen staff.
• Complete cleaning duties and side work.
