Job summary

• Knowledge of RAS procedures as defined by both federal and state laws, and also BWW policies and guidelines.
• Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in restaurant environment.

Education/Experience

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Certifications to serve alcohol as dictated by the State and BWW policy.

Preferred

• Prior experience working as a server or in a customer service role, ideally in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
