Job summary

Primanti Bros. is seeking a server to join our team. You will deliver exceptional dining experiences by greeting Fans, explaining menu options, and upselling specials. You will manage orders, ensure timely service, and maintain a clean station throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English.
• Good communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, dependable and courteous; able to multitask.
• Possesses basic math skills.
• Completes and passes RAMP and/or TIPS certification per state requirements, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provides warm, friendly service from greeting to farewell.
• Explains menu, promotions, and options to Fans.
• Upsells and promotes specials and events.
• Accurately takes and enters orders in POS in sequence.
• Delivers orders and ensures quality of service.
• Maintains clean station, manages drinks and refills.
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures and verify ages.
• Collects payment per procedures.
• Keeps station tidy and ready for service.
• Adheres to safety and sanitation policies.
• Maintains positive relations with team and Fans.
• Completes opening, shift-change, and closing checklists; performs cleaning tasks.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Coach.
