Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly service from greeting to farewell.
• Explain menu items, promotions, and answer questions.
• Upsell items and communicate specials and events.
• Accurately take orders and relay them to the POS system.
• Deliver orders promptly and check for guest satisfaction.
• Maintain clean stations and assist with setup/closing tasks.
• Adhere to alcohol awareness procedures and safety policies.
• Handle payments following established procedures.
