Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly service to every guest from greeting to departure.
• Explain menu items and promotions; upsell where appropriate.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS and coordinate timing with the team.
• Deliver food and beverages and ensure guest satisfaction throughout dining.
• Maintain table appearance and assist with station upkeep and cleanliness.
• Follow alcohol service procedures and ensure guest safety.
