Qualifications

• Ability to read and write in English.
• Excellent verbal communication and guest service skills.
• Energetic, reliable, and courteous with multitasking ability.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Complete RAMP and/or TIPS certification as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly service from greeting to final goodbye.
• Explain menu options and promotions to guests.
• Upsell items and communicate specials and events.
• Accurately take and enter orders into POS system.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain station cleanliness.
