Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly service from greeting guests to completing their visit.
• Explain menu items and promotions; answer questions and upsell when appropriate.
• Accurately take and relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar.
• Deliver orders and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Keep the dining area clean and organized; assist with bussing and setup.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies as applicable.
