Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Bozeman is seeking a server to provide courteous table service, take and relay orders, and ensure a pleasant dining experience. The role includes greeting guests, delivering meals, and assisting with dining room duties in a full-service hotel restaurant.

Candidates should be at least 16 years old (21+ to serve alcohol) and complete the restaurant training course. Prior server experience is preferred, with opportunities to train new hires as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Well-organized with ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers as they are seated and ensures table is clean with utensils and napkins.
• Distributes menus and presents daily specials.
• Takes orders and delivers to the kitchen.
• Delivers food and beverages to tables and other items as requested.
• Ensures food is prepared correctly and to customers’ satisfaction.
• Collects plates and clears tables; prepares checks and handles payments.
• Assists with other restaurant tasks as needed.
