Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Boise, operated by Resolute Road Hospitality, is seeking a Server to join our hospitality team. You will guide guests through menus, take orders, and ensure a seamless dining experience in a fast-paced setting.

We value friendly, reliable team members with strong guest service and POS/cash handling skills. Prior food service or banquet experience is preferred, and SafeServ/TIPS training is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in food service or banquets preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, provide menu guidance and recommendations.
• Take and relay orders accurately via the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly; check in with guests.
• Clear and reset tables between guests.
• Assist with basic prep tasks as needed.
• Process guest payments including cash and card transactions.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and service areas.
• Address guest complaints professionally and promptly.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and brand policies.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
