• A genuine and sincere approach to taking care of people through customized, exceptional experiences.

• Experience in fine dining style of service, with multiple steps of service.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team delivering high-quality, locally produced food and beverage.
• Create a relationship with the community through genuine engagement and guest care.
• Follow steps to deliver on our promise of Authentic Hospitality.
• Use the Aloha POS system for entering orders and processing payments.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment by pre-bussing and bussing tables.
• Perform running side work to ensure all positions have what they need to be successful.
• Memorize and communicate nightly specials to guests.
• Knowledgably answer questions about the menu and dish preparation.
• Maintain a highly elevated professional appearance throughout the shift.
