Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and outstanding guest service.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and events.
• Previous serving experience; wine/beverage knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, wine selections, and cocktail features to make recommendations and answer guest questions.
• Accurately take and enter guest orders with timely, efficient service throughout the dining experience.
• Build positive relationships with guests by anticipating needs and resolving concerns professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections while following standards.
