Job summary

Mason Street Grill at The Pfister Hotel in downtown Milwaukee is seeking passionate hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional food and beverage service in a vibrant setting.

You will learn the menu, take orders, build guest relationships, and maintain a clean, organized station while adhering to safety standards; previous serving experience is preferred and evenings/weekends are common.

What you will be doing

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, wine selections, and cocktail features to make recommendations and answer guest questions.
• Accurately take and enter guest orders while ensuring timely and efficient service throughout the dining experience.
• Build positive relationships with guests by anticipating needs, responding promptly to requests, and resolving concerns professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections while following all company, health, and safety standards.
