Job summary

The Pfister Hotel's Mason Street Grill in downtown Milwaukee is seeking passionate, service-oriented individuals for part-time, hourly roles. You will deliver exceptional food and beverage service, know menu offerings, and engage guests with confident, friendly service in a fast-paced setting.

Prior serving experience is preferred; wine knowledge is a plus. Competitive pay with benefits available for eligible associates.

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, wine selections, and cocktail features to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Accurately take and enter guest orders with timely, efficient service throughout the dining experience.
• Build positive relationships with guests by anticipating needs and resolving concerns professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections while following health and safety standards.

What you will be doing

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, wine selections, and cocktail features to make recommendations and answer guest questions.
• Accurately take and enter guest orders while ensuring timely and efficient service throughout the dining experience.
• Build positive relationships with guests by anticipating needs, responding promptly to requests, and resolving concerns professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections while following all company, health, and safety standards.

Position Requirements

• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
• Previous restaurant serving experience preferred, with wine and beverage knowledge considered a plus.
