Job Summary

This position is for dine‑in food and beverage Servers (Waitress or Waiter). You will be a core team member of the scratch kitchen restaurant, responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience through outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding hospitality by anticipating, meeting, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Know the restaurant menu and help guests choose items, answering their questions.
• Guide guests through their dining experience, taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, and processing payments.
• Understand restaurant seating layout, server area divisions, and efficient food delivery routes.

Requirements

• No prior experience required; full training is provided.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Adhere to proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Possess a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or obtain one as instructed.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team‑work environment.
