PF Changs China Bistro is hiring for dine-in food and beverage servers, waitresses or waiters in a fast-paced restaurant setting in the United States. Training is provided and no prior experience is required, with emphasis on delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities include guiding guests through the dining experience, taking and serving orders, handling payments, and answering menu questions while maintaining sanitation standards and teamwork to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Hiring immediately for full-time or part-time hourly restaurant dine-in food and beverage Servers, Waitresses or Waiters.

Job Summary:

The dine-in food and beverage Servers, Waitress or Waiters are core team members of the scratch kitchen restaurant. All Team Members must demonstrate customer service expertise by providing an individualized, exceptional guest experience.
