Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC. is seeking a friendly Server to help create an exceptional dining experience for residents in our Mesa community. You will guide guests to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist with drink selections to ensure satisfaction.

Your daily duties include opening and closing dining room tasks and delivering consistent service that aligns with our guest expectations and brand standards.

Qualifications

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our residents.
• If under 18, must provide schoolwork authorization (if applicable).
• Must hold or obtain a Food Handler's Card as required by state/county regulations.
• Must have strong customer service presentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to their tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist in drink selection.
• Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by your community.
