Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC. is hiring a friendly Full-Time Server for our community restaurant. You will help create a welcoming dining experience, build relationships with residents, and deliver guest service that meets our standards.

Responsibilities include guiding residents to tables, presenting menus, suggesting dishes and drinks, and completing opening/closing dining room duties. A Food Handler's Card is required or willingness to obtain one; teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Handler's Card.
• Excellent customer service and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to present menus and upsell drinks and desserts.
• Must be able to work in fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to their tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist in drink selection.
• Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by your community.
