Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a friendly Server to join our community restaurant team. You will help create an exceptional dining experience for residents and build meaningful relationships, delivering the service guests expect in their favorite restaurant.

Your main responsibilities include directing residents to tables, presenting menus, suggesting dishes, and assisting in drink selection, plus completing opening and closing dining room duties as established by the community.

Formación

• Must currently hold a Food Handler’s Card, or be willing to obtain one as required by state/county regulations.
• Strong customer service presentation and hospitality mindset.
• If under 18, must provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable).
• Must have a friendly attitude and compassion for residents.

Responsabilidades

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist in drink selection.
• Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by the community.
