Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a friendly Server to join our community dining team in Phoenix, AZ. You will help create an inviting dining experience, guide residents to tables, present menus, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere with attentive service.

Responsibilities include opening/closing dining room duties, assisting guests with drink selections, and delivering consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our residents.
• If under the age of 18, must provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable).
• Must currently hold a Food Handler’s Card, or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as required by state and/or county regulations.
• Must have strong customer service presentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to their tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist in drink selection.
• Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by your community.
