Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is hiring a Server for our community restaurant in Mesa, AZ. You will help create an exceptional dining experience, build relationships with residents, and consistently deliver friendly, guest‑centered service.

Responsibilities include guiding residents to tables, presenting menus, suggesting dishes and drinks, and completing opening/closing dining room tasks. We value warm, professional team members who smile and engage with residents daily.

Qualifications

• Big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for residents.
• If under 18, must provide schoolwork authorization (if applicable).
• Must hold a Food Handler's Card or be willing to obtain one.
• Must have strong customer service presentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to their tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist in drink selection.
• Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by your community.
