Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is hiring a Full-Time Server for our community restaurant. You will guide residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist in drink selection to create an exceptional dining experience.

You will also complete opening and closing dining room duties and build relationships with residents. Eligibility includes a Food Handler’s Card, a positive customer service presence, and the ability to work full-time.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service presentation.
• Must currently hold a Food Handler’s Card, or be willing to obtain one.
• If under 18, must provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable).
• Compassion for residents and eagerness to learn are important.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to their tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist in drink selection.
• Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by your community.
