Job summary

Holland-Roofing in Covington, KY is looking for a front-of-house team member to greet guests, upsell menu items, and deliver meals with excellent customer service. You will assist in seating guests, communicate with kitchen staff, and help maintain a smooth dining room operation.

The role requires standing for long periods, ability to maneuver stairs, and cash handling with a POS system. Prior restaurant experience is helpful but not required; strong attitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to comfortably maneuver flights of stairs over long periods of time.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff.
• Does high-quality work while unsupervised.
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed.
• Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Able to work in a busy restaurant environment.
