Job summary

Generations is seeking part-time waitstaff for Montage Creek to deliver exceptional dining experiences to residents and guests. You will help maintain a clean, welcoming dining room and provide prompt, courteous meal service in accordance with our standards.

No prior experience required; a high school diploma or GED is desired, and a current Food Handler’s Permit is preferred. Weekend availability and ability to read, write, and understand English are important.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• A high school diploma or GED is desirable.
• Current Food Handler’s Permit is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, courteous meal service to residents and guests.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming Dining Room in accordance with standards.
• Support the team to ensure a smooth dining experience for all residents and visitors.

Job description

Waitstaff at Montage Creek are responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience to residents and guests. Waitstaff ensures the Dining Room is welcoming by adhering to cleanliness standards and providing prompt and courteous meal service. Complies with federal, state, and local standards for community operation. Incorporates Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.

Schedule

• Part-time, working Saturdays & Sundays, from 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
• Part-time, working Saturdays & Sundays, from 11:00 am - 7:00 pm
• 8 hour shifts
• Weekend and Holiday availability are preferred

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is desired
• No previous experience is required
• Current Food Handler’s Permit
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
