Job summary

Generations is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a compassionate, respectful manner. You will follow care plans set by leadership and ensure compliance with applicable standards.

The role offers teamwork, on-the-job training, and opportunities for growth within a family-owned organization. Candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent, and CPR/First Aid certification preferred, are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience as a Caregiver is preferred but not required.
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification – training available upon hire.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient.

Job description

Caregivers at Montage Creek assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while treating all residents with dignity, respect, and compassion. Caregivers follow resident care plans as directed by community leadership and comply with Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation. Our team incorporates the Generation’s Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others. Schedule

• Full-time, working Wednesdays through Saturdays, from 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
• Full-time, working Sundays through Wednesdays, from 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
• Full-time, working Wednesdays through Sundays, from 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
• 8-Hour shifts
• Weekends needed and holiday availability preferred

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Caregiver is preferred, but not required.
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus.
