Job summary

Generations is seeking a friendly server/waitstaff at our Cherrywood Village dining room in Oregon. You will deliver prompt, courteous meal service and keep the dining area clean and welcoming for residents and guests.

No prior experience is required, and CPR/First Aid certification plus a Food Handler’s permit are preferred. We offer part-time and full-time schedules, PTO, medical/dental/vision, a 401k match, and growth opportunities in a safe, supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience required.
• Current Food Handler’s Permit.
• CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

Job description

At Cherrywood Village, the Server/waitstaff is responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience to residents and guests. The waitstaff ensures the Dining Room is welcoming by adhering to cleanliness standards and providing prompt and courteous meal service. Complies with federal, state, and local standards for community operation. Incorporates Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.

Requirements
