Pyramid Global Hospitality is opening Dellshire Resort in Wisconsin Dells, offering a luxury, family-oriented dining experience. As a Restaurant Server, you will provide professional service, knowledge of menus, and attentiveness to guests in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume or upscale dining preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits and craft beverages preferred.
• Certifications must be obtained within 30 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and describe daily features to guests.
• Take and enter orders into the POS system accurately.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist with side duties as needed.
• Follow sanitation and resort service standards.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and training sessions.
