Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Dellshire Resort in Wisconsin Dells seeks a Server to deliver high-quality dining in a pre-opening environment. You will greet guests, take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in upscale or high-volume dining preferred.
• Excellent communication, sales, and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards.
• Food Safety Certification and Wisconsin Alcohol Beverage Certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service dining including greeting, order taking, food and beverage delivery, and check presentation.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods.
• Accurately enter orders into POS and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain assigned section, cleanliness, and readiness; handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Follow alcohol service guidelines and verify identification as required.
• Communicate with kitchen and staff to ensure smooth service; participate in opening/closing duties.
