Job summary

Dellshire Resort, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, opens soon in Wisconsin Dells. We seek a bartender to craft beverages for guests at our off-site restaurant and contribute to a memorable, story-driven hospitality experience.

As a pre-opening team member, you will help shape service standards, learn our signature offerings, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic, growth-focused environment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bartender with prior experience
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beer
• Strong guest service and multitasking skills
• Certification in food safety and Wisconsin alcohol service within 30 days of start

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards
• Provide attentive and engaging service to bar guests
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area
• Monitor inventory and restock glassware and supplies
• Handle cash/credit transactions and verify guest IDs for service compliance
