Pyramid Global Hospitality is opening Dellshire Resort, a distinctive pre-build property in Wisconsin Dells. The Server position focuses on delivering a high-quality dining experience with attentive service as part of a pre-opening team eager to shape guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in upscale or high-volume environments.
• Strong communication, sales, and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of menus, allergens, and preparation methods.
• Food Safety Certification and Wisconsin Alcohol Beverage Certification within 30 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service dining from greeting to order delivery and check presentation.
• Enter orders accurately into POS and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain assigned section, cleanliness and readiness.
• Follow alcohol service guidelines and verify IDs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and staff to ensure service flow.
• Participate in opening/closing duties and side work.
