Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is opening Dellshire Resort in Wisconsin Dells in Spring 2026. The Bartender at Blade & Barrel will deliver elevated beverage service in a refined, welcoming setting, blending craft, storytelling, and hospitality.

You will join a pre-opening team, shaping guest experiences and contributing to the resort launch while upholding service standards and guest satisfaction in a high-volume, upscale environment.

Qualifications

• Bartending experience required; restaurant or upscale dining experience preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service per state law.
• Responsible Food and Beverage Service certification (or ability to obtain) within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes, standards, and guest preferences.
• Provide attentive, engaging, and personalized service to bar and dining guests.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer offerings; make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar, equipment, and service areas.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist with ordering as directed.
