Pyramid Global Hospitality invites you to join Dellshire Resort in Wisconsin Dells as a part-time Restaurant Server. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and deliver meals with warmth and accuracy in a pre-opening luxury setting.

This role requires at least one year serving experience, strong communication, and knowledge of wine and beverages; food safety and Wisconsin alcohol certifications must be earned within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year serving experience in high-volume or upscale environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits and craft beverages preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Safety Certification and Wisconsin Alcohol Beverage Certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, describe daily features, and answer questions.
• Take and enter food and beverage orders accurately into the POS system.
• Deliver orders to guests promptly and ensure accuracy.
• Monitor tables and respond to guest needs.
• Process payments following procedures and maintain cleanliness.
