Job summary

Dawn Manor | Dellshire Resort is hiring servers to join a pre-opening, world-class dining team. You will provide full-service dining, greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering memorable experiences in a resort setting.

Ideal candidates bring prior serving experience, strong communication and multitasking skills, and knowledge of food and beverage standards. Wisconsin Alcohol Beverage Certification must be obtained within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in upscale/high-volume environments is preferred.
• Strong communication, sales, and multitasking abilities are essential.
• Knowledge of food, beverages, and service standards is preferred.
• Food Safety Certification and Wisconsin Alcohol Beverage Certification required within 30 days of employment and re-certification as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service dining including greeting, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and presenting checks.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods.
• Enter orders into POS system accurately and ensure timely delivery to guests.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain assigned section, ensuring cleanliness and readiness at all times.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and follow alcohol service guidelines.

What You’ll Do

• Provide full-service dining including greeting, order taking, food and beverage delivery, and check presentation
• Demonstrate complete knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods
• Accurately enter orders into POS system and ensure timely delivery
• Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs throughout the dining experience
• Maintain assigned section, ensuring cleanliness and readiness at all times
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly
• Follow all alcohol service guidelines and verify identification as required
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and support staff to ensure service flow
• Participating in side work, opening, and closing duties
• Uphold company service standards, policies, and safety procedures
• Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by Manager
