Responsabilités

• Clear dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware; reset tables.
• Stock service stations with glassware, silverware, linen, beverages, and ice.
• Clean service stations and restrooms as needed.
• Brew coffee and tea before and during service.
• Check daily orders and maintain pars; perform FIFO restocking.
