Job summary

Coury Hospitality's HALL Arts Hotel in Dallas is seeking a Server Assistant to support the front-of-house team in delivering flawless dining experiences from start to finish.

You’ll clear and reset tables, assist with food and beverage delivery, keep the dining area clean, communicate guest requests to servers, and collaborate with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service every shift.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food safety guidelines, sanitation procedures, and table settings.
• Ability to communicate clearly, politely, and swiftly with guests and team members.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple tables and moving parts simultaneously.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays based on business flow.
• Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn food, wine, and service steps.

Responsibilities

• Support the service team to deliver flawless dining experiences from start to finish.
• Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables efficiently to welcome the next round of guests.
• Serving fresh water, warm bread, and assisting with food and beverage delivery smoothly.
• Monitoring the dining room floor to ensure absolute cleanliness, organization, and beauty.
• Jumping in to help wherever needed, whether running plates, wiping spills, or stocking stations.
• Partnering with bartenders and kitchen staff to keep vital supplies replenished and ready.
• Communicating guest requests, dietary needs, or table changes to Servers instantly.
• Creating a welcoming space where guests feel cared for by an attentive, unified team.
• Taking pride in the choreography of a high-energy, fast-paced restaurant environment.
