Hudson House Las Colinas is hiring a Server Assistant to support our service team in delivering exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced environment. You will help maintain clean dining areas, assist servers and bartenders, and ensure guests feel welcome throughout their visit.

Qualifications include being 18+, fluent English, TABC and food/alcohol service certifications, and a team-oriented, reliable attitude. Compensation is discussed during hiring.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and reliability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• TABC certification and state/local food & alcohol service certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of restaurant and service areas.
• Assist servers, bartenders and hosts; know menu items.
• Deliver food from kitchen to tables and ensure accuracy.
• Run beverages from bar to tables and keep glasses full.
• Clear used dishes and silverware between courses and after guests leave.
• Coordinate with server, bartenders and hostess for efficient seating and guest service.
• Maintain cleanliness of all tables and chairs and reset vacated tables.
• Perform general cleaning to uphold health and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.
